Lt. Col.Rashid Alade Shekoni (Rtd.)
Executive Chairman
He was a career military officer with distinguished service in the Nigerian Army and was the Military Administrator of Jigawa State from August 1996 to August 1998. He was reappointed as the Military Administrator of Kwara State from August 1998 to May 1999.
Since joining Innovative Technical Engineering Construction Ltd (ITEC LTD) in 2012, Rashid Alade Shekoni has helped grow the company. As executive chairman, he is responsible for the external matters of ITEC LTD: building partnerships,
broader business relationships, government outreach, as well as advising the MD and senior leadership on business and policy issues. He also oversees the company’s development and business strategy. Lieutenant -Col RA Shekoni is also the current Chairman and CEO of Buros-Latdar Group and Elite Garage & Automobiles Ltd.

Israel has been heavily involved in the world of agriculture for over two decades, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Advanced Horticulture.
Since joining Innovative Technical Engineering Construction Ltd (ITEC LTD) in
2015, Israel has helped grow the company. Israel is also the current Managing Director ONIDA Development Limited. southern region. Today, as Vice-Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the company, Israel is heavily involved in all the facets of the company while continuing to build a genuine and trustworthy name with our affiliates and partners.
QS TUSSE AONDONA SULEIMAN MNIQS, RQS

A chartered quantity surveyor/project manager. Tusse Aondona Suleiman was born in 1979 in Kaduna. He graduated from prestigious Kaduna
Polytechnic in 2016.Tusse holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and International certificate in Project
Management Practice. He is also a member of the Royal Institute
Of Charted Surveyors UK. He worked in a Quantity Surveying consultancy/construction firms in Kaduna and Lagos from 2004 to 2012. Tusse has worked on broad range of contracts, from pre-contract to post-contract duties on various types of projects like

He is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the operations of Innovative Technical Engineering Construction Ltd (ITEC LTD).He oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
He has over 25+ years of construction experience having worked as a Project
Manager and Construction Manager with Megastar Technical and Construction
Company Limited PLC. Engr. Darwich Zeinihas vast experience in project
administration, execution and management and has participated in the construction of various high profile projects such as Rainbow Town in Port –
Harcourt, Rivers Monorail, and Federal Polytechnic Ekowe – Bayelsa, Construction of Phase II High Court Complex at Judiciary Head Quarters, Port-Harcourt,Ibom Tropicana Entertainment Centre.

Kingsley Aduaka (AIA, NCARB) A Real Estate Development Advisor and Senior Project Manager on Major Construction projects registered as an architect with 20+ years of international as well as domestic experience; working in all aspects of architecture, planning, construction, real estate development, and business development resulting in over $7 billion in
construction and over $1 billion of residential sales. He is recognized for value creation, business development and asset protection.

ENGR. ANTHONY P. INOH
Projects Director
Engr. Anthony P. Inoh holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and also registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.
He has over 10 years of construction experience having worked both as a consulting engineer for AIM Consultants and as a construction engineer with Arbico PLC. Engr. Anthony has vast experience in project administration, execution and management and has participated in the design and construction of various high-profile projects, such as Hotels, Shopping Malls, office complexes, amusement parks, events halls, production halls, and public buildings.
Engr Anthony who brings his experience to ITEC, has been
assigned the role of strategically overseeing, monitoring and
managing our projects to ensure project deliverables are
delivered to the best quality within the shortest given time. He
also mitigates all risks involved in our operations and
engages our clients to provide custom tailored solutions to
theirneeds.
